Here we believe in an open, honest pricing policy based on our hourly rates and a pretty accurate estimation of the time it will take for us to come up to achieve your requirement. All aspects of the projects are carefully monitored and managed to ensure the process is as transparent as possible. Any additional work is always costed (and consent received from our clients before we go ahead) so there will be no nasty shocks at the invoice stage!

We believe that our prices are amongst the cheapest to it’s quality and our service standard.

We are one of the few hosting providers in the world overlook the bandwidth limit and web size limitation

The following sets AVAN Systems apart from the rest:

When your site exceeds the agreed bandwidth level. If the site has become so popular that the bandwidth level is too small, we can negotiate a new one.

No fines if your site exceeds its disk space limit. We are understanding, and turn a blind eye to insignificant flucutations in the disk space taken by your website.

No contract termination fines. If you want to leave us, you leave us. We will not make you fork out more.

No instigation charges. If you leave another company and come to us, we will not charge to draw your existing website in, unlike some other companies.

Our contact telephone number is a national rate one, rather than an expensive premium number which will cost our customers more. Thus, you can contact us with peace of mind.

No extra renewal charge. Some companies charge a certain price on top of the services that are being renewed. This is not the case with AVAN Systems, you pay for the services that your are renewing, and nothing more.

Small changes are done free of charge. We are a resonable company, we do not charge for any small ammendments such as a change in telephone number or address.
